To work around this problem, follow these steps, as appropriate for the version of Outlook that you are running.
Outlook 2002
- Click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Mail icon.
- In the Mail Setup dialog box, click E-mail Accounts.
- Verify that the View or change existing e-mail accounts option is selected, and then click Next.
- Select the appropriate accounts, and then use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to alter the position of the accounts in the processing order as needed.
- Click Finish.
Outlook 2007
- Click Start, click Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the Mail icon.
- In the Mail Setup dialog box, click E-mail Accounts.
- Select the appropriate accounts, and then use the blue arrow buttons to alter the position of the accounts in the processing order as needed.
- Click Close.
