Unexpected silence packets with IAudioOutputEndpointRT

Summary

Windows may send unexpected breaks in audio to an application implementing the IAudioOutputEndpointRT interface. The break in audio affects all Audio Plugins (including RDP and Citrix). Due to the large gap in audio stream received by the plugin, this can cause a drop in the audio in the playback.
