System message 10065 ”Application SD20300 has exceeded the limit of 50 cursors” occurs in Service Dispatch - Invoice T&M Details after you enter six detail lines

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Service Dispatch in Microsoft Dynamics SL:


  • You open Service Call (SD.200.00) and enter a service call for any customer.
  • You click Invoice to open Invoice Entry (SD.202.00).
  • You set Invoice Type to Invoice, and enter an Invoice Date.
  • You click Details and in Details (SD.203.00) you enter detail line items with a Line Type of Project.

When you do this, after you enter six detail lines, you receive an error message.

Resolution
