More Information

When a system is running with a Kernel-Mode Display-Only Driver, the adapter information page reports the "Dedicated Video Memory" to be 0 MB. This is understood and believed to be correct.  The amount of dedicated GPU memory affected how much HW acceleration could be performed with XDDM drivers however, this is not the case with Kernel-Mode Display-Only Drivers.  Graphics adapters that contain more memory will still allow higher resolutions to be set.
