INTRODUCTION

This article describes that a country-specific update is available to support creating one corrective facture for several invoices and VAT changes in the period of revenue recognition if there are value increases in Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.

The Federal Law # 39-FZ of May 4, 2013 introduced changes in part II of the Tax Code of Russian Federation in Article 154 which envisages the mechanism of determining the tax base for value-added tax (VAT) purposes if there are increases in the value of previous supplies of goods (works, services).

Starting from July 1, 2013:
  • The increase in the value of shipped goods (works, services), transferred property rights is taken into account in the tax period when the documents, which are subject to issuing corrective invoices, were drawn up. Hereby, there is no need in creating additional lists to sales books and submitting corrected VAT returns.
  • It is allowed to create one corrective facture for several invoices.
The consolidated facture can be created from the Invoice journal by marking of several invoices to be included in the facture. This kind of factures will be marked in the Consolidated field.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this update.

Validation of the application hotfix installation

To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.

Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
