Runtime exception when you start a blank C++ Windows Store app on a computer that's running Visual Studio 2013 Preview


Symptoms

Assume that you add a push notification to a blank C++ Windows Store app by using the Azure Mobile Services Wizard in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Preview. To do this, you right-click Project, click Add, and then click Push notification. However, when you start the app, you may experience an intermittent runtime exception error.

Cause

This problem may occur if you run the app under low memory conditions or heavy CPU usage.

Workaround

We recommend that you monitor your system resources when you run the app, and adjust the resources accordingly. For example, you might have to exit other apps that are running, or you might have to add more memory to your computer.
