FIX: Slow performance when you access a drop-down list box that contains many items from TFS web access 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you have a Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2012 server that has been upgraded to TFS 2012 Update 3. When you access a drop-down list box that contains many items (for example, there are thousands of items in the drop-down list box) from TFS web access, you may experience slow performance. For example, it may take several seconds to display the drop-down list box.

Note This issue typically occurs when you use down-level browsers, such as Windows Internet Explorer 7, Windows Internet Explorer 8, and Windows Internet Explorer 9.
