You cannot sign in to a dial-in conferencing webpage in Google Chrome browser by using IWA in Lync Server 2013

Symptoms

Assume that you use the Google Chrome browser to surf a dial-in conferencing webpage in a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 environment. When you click the Sign in link on the page, you access the form authentication page. However, the form authentication page cannot enable you to sign in by using Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA). To sign in, you have to enter your credentials.

Cause

This issue occurs because the dial-in conferencing feature does not support IWA with Google Chrome.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
