Cause

Windows will trigger Automatic Maintenance while the machine is idle and with AC plugged in. During the scheduled task, WINSAT.EXE will be triggered to perform some jobs and do performance evaluation. It is expected, and WINSAT.EXE will change the current power scheme for highest performance to complete the job faster and get the accurate Windows Experience Index. However the change of power scheme will set the Turn Off Display setting other than Never and Connected Standby would be possibly triggered.
