- When you use a UIA-based screen reader (such as Microsoft Narrator) to read an email message in Outlook 2013, some graphic objects that are out of view are skipped and cannot be read.
- Assume that you have a Word file that contains a graphic object, and there is a hyperlink on that graphic object. When you use Microsoft Narrator to navigate by link, Word 2013 is stuck, and Narrator cannot move forward.
- You cannot register your Blogger account in Word 2013.
- When you try to print preview an email message that contains a linked image in Outlook 2013, you receive one or more unexpected authentication prompts.
- When you open an iCalendar file (.ics file) in Outlook 2013, Outlook crashes.
- Consider the following scenario:
- You install Lync 2013 on a rotatable device, such as Surface Pro.
- You start a video call by using Lync 2013.
- You rotate the device between the portrait and landscape orientations.
- Assume that you install the October 2013 Public Update for Office 2013. Then, you use the Send to OneNote add-in through the Command bar in Windows Internet Explorer, or you right-click a webpage and then select the Send to OneNote add-in in Internet Explorer. In this scenario, the Send to OneNote add-in does not work as expected in Internet Explorer. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
The service has not been started.
- Office 365 operated by 21Vianet users cannot access a file that is located on a SharePoint server that returns an FP value.
- Consider the following scenario:
- You try to sign in to Office 2013 by using a Office 365 operated by 21Vianet account.
- You do not know the password for the account.
- You enter the email address.
- You click Next, and then you click Can't Access Your Account.
- The Reset your password page opens in Internet Explorer.
- You enter the account name as the user ID, and then you enter the verification characters.
- You click Next.
The user ID you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your user ID correctly.
