FIX: "System.ArgumentException" error when you browse WCF services from ESB Toolkit 2.2 in BizTalk Server 2013

Symptoms

Assume that you have Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 and Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Toolkit 2.2 installed. When you try to browse Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services from ESB, you receive the following error message:
An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is:
System.ArgumentException: The value could not be added to the collection, as the collection already contains an item of the same type: 'Microsoft.Practices.ESB.ServiceModel.Helpers.SoapHeaderMetadataBehavior'. This collection only supports one instance of each type.
