Introduction

An update is available for Microsoft Lync Server 2010. This update enables users who are assigned Role Based Access Control (RBAC) roles to execute the following mobility cmdlets in Lync Server Management Shell:
  • CsMobilityPolicy
  • CsMcxConfiguration
  • CsMcxConference
  • CsMcxP2PIM
  • CsMcxPushNotification
  • CsPushNotificationConfiguration
  • CsAutodiscoverConfiguration

To enable users to execute the mobility cmdlets, install the following cumulative update:
2847898 Description of the cumulative update for Lync Server 2010, Core Components: July 2013
After you install the update, you must run the Update-CsAdminRole cmdlet.
