FIX: WCF-SAP adapter receive location freezes under heavy load when it works as a tRFC server

Symptoms

Assume that you try to use Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)-based SAP adapter to connect BizTalk applications to an SAP database. The WCF-SAP adapter receive location works as a Transactional RFC (tRFC) server and uses the TID database to keep track of the transactions. In this situation, the WCF-SAP adapter receive location may freeze if it is under heavy load.

Cause

This issue occurs because of a deadlock that occurs in the TID database.
