More Information

This package collects data commonly used to troubleshoot Microsoft User Experience Virtualization (UE-V) issues. PowerShell, Event Logs, and ETL trace files in addition to several other commonly requested pieces of information are gathered. Typically, this package is ran serially on two separate workstations to troubleshoot replication issues.

Event Logs

Gathers entries for the last 15 days from the Microsoft-User Experience Virtualization-Agent Driver/Operational Event Log in csv, evtx, and text format.

This section gathers Group Policy information from the Resultant Set of Policies (RSOP) tool by running the gpresult.exe command line tool.

Collects UE-V templates located in the user's setting template catalog path.

In addition to collecting the information that is described earlier, this diagnostic package can detect one or more of the following symptoms:
