Computer crashes when you print a file from an application that supports application isolation

Symptoms

When you try to print a file on a computer that is running Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012, the computer crashes.



This issue occurs when the following conditions are true:

  • You are printing from an application that supports the application isolation feature, such as Microsoft Word 2010.
  • Application isolation is enabled on the computer.
