You receive SQL Server Message 76 in time and dollar when you enter a Line Item ID

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

  • You open Service Series Setup Maintenance (SD.000.00) and you set Payroll Interface to Payroll.
  • You open Service Call Entry (SD.200.00) and enter a service call.
  • You open Time and Dollar Entry (02.020.00), enter a detail line, and then click the Service Call Info button.
  • You enter the service call ID and enter LABOR ITEM ONLY for Line Item ID.

When you do this, you receive this error.

Resolution
