If Purchase Orders are set up in Quick Send to use the Buyer's email address as the reply address, an equal sign is inserted at the beginning of the email address


Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

  • You open Quick Send Setup (21.951.00), enter a Document Type of Purchase Order, a Delivery Method of Email, and check Use the Buyer's E-mail Address from the Purchase Order for the Reply E-mail Address.
  • You set up a vendor to receive Purchase Orders by using Quick Send.
  • You print a Purchase Order for the vendor.

When the vendor receives the email and clicks Reply, they notice there is an equal sign at the beginning of the reply email address.
