Consider the following scenario:
- You start Microsoft Excel and add an instance of the AssetFixedAssetService in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 as a data source for a workbook.
- You add the default fields for the service from the field chooser.
- You close the field chooser by using the Fields button on the ribbon or by using the Close button (X) in the upper-right corner of the field chooser.
- You exit Microsoft Excel without closing the workbook.
In this scenario, you receive several exception errors based on the number of joins you made by using the field chooser. When you click
OK to close the exception errors, you may receive a message that asks whether you want to save changes. When you click
Save in the Save As dialog box, the workbook may be saved as a corrupted workbook.
