Symptoms

Assume that you use one of the following input methods on a Windows 8-based or Windows Server 2012-based computer that has update 2770917 installed:
  • Korean
  • Chinese Traditional
  • Chinese Simplified
While the desktop is open, you tap or click the Settings charm, and then you tap or click the desktop. In this situation, the Explorer.exe process may crash.
