Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 may display a blank page for frame content when using framesets under the following conditions:

  1. Navigate away from a web page that has an X-UA-Compatible header value, and that value is set to a non-IE browser value.
  2. The website being browsed to is not part of the Internet Explorer Compatibility View list.
