A campaign consists of multiple paid advertisements. One of the advertisements is converted to a house ad. After the ad is converted, the quantity for the entire campaign is not redistributed among the remaining paid advertisements.

To resolve this problem, open the campaign, change the quantity ordered, and then save the changes. The new quantity will be evenly distributed across the remaining paid advertisements.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Commerce Server 2000.
