The Microsoft Store In-box Applications Diagnostic collects data that helps in troubleshooting Modern or Inbox Store applications.
This diagnostic can also identify and resolve several known issues. You can let the diagnostic Apply Repairs automatically, or can uncheck "Apply repairs automatically" if you do not want the diagnostic to fix problems it finds.
