Performance Monitor counters may be missing or corrupted.

Resolution

To reinstall Performance Monitor counters for Commerce Server 2000, manually re-register the following DLL files (located in the Commerce Server 2000 Install directory):
Csdwperf.dll
Csupmperf.dll
Csmarketingperf.dll
To do this, perform the following steps:
1.Click Start, click Run, and then type cmd.
2.Open the appropriate directory, for example cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Commerce Server.
3.Type regsvr32 <dllname>.dll for each of the following DLL files (for example regsvr32 csdwperf.dll):
Csdwperf.dll
Csupmperf.dll
Csmarketingperf.dll
