Hotfix available to update Daylight Saving Time for Azores in 2012 for Windows operating systems

The government of Azores has decided to revise the DST schedule from 2012 onwards. In 2012, DST ends on the last Sunday of October (October 28, 2012) at 01:00:00:000 hours. The updated DST rules for Azores from 2013 onwards were already included as part of KB2756822 and is also included in this package.
