"Constant Value" relations issue occurs in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 web client

Symptoms

An issue with “Constant Value” relations occurs in Dynamics AX 2012. In the client, the constant value relation is working fine, but in the web client, the relation doesn't work as expected.

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
