FIX: TF10121 error when you right-click a project file of the project or a folder in the project in Visual Studio 2010

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to connect to a Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) server.
  • You have a source-controlled Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) project or a Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) project.

    Note The SSAS or SSIS project is already checked in.
  • You right-click the project file of the project, or you right-click a folder in the project.
In this scenario, you receive the following error message:
"TF10121 : The path 'Path' is not found or not supported, Type or select a different path."

Prerequisites

To apply this hotfix, you must have Microsoft Visual Studio Team Explorer 2010 Service Pack 1 installed on the computer.

Restart requirement

You may have to restart the computer after you install this hotfix if the affected files are being used during the installation. We recommend that you close all instances of Microsoft Visual Studio before you install this hotfix.
