  1. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in.
  2. On View menu, click Advanced Features.
  3. Locate, and then right-click the user whose mailbox you want to hide.
  4. Click Properties.
  5. Click the Exchange Advanced tab.
  6. Click to select the Hide from Exchange Address Lists check box.
  7. Click OK.
