Symptoms

Assume that you run the New-InboxRule cmdlet or change the Inbox rules in Outlook Web App in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. However, some folder-associated information (FAI) items are deleted from the Inbox. When this issue occurs, the forms and views that are held by the FAI items disappear. For example, email messages disappear from the Inbox folder on a BlackBerry device.
