You cannot post a product receipt when you are not an administrator user if the "Secure by address book" parameter is enabled in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you enable the Secure by address book parameter in Microsoft Dynamics. When you try to post a product receipt for a purchase order, you receive one of the following error messages:
  • Error message 1:
    Accounting number for transaction type Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced does not exist.
  • Error message 2:
    A currency to convert from is required to retrieve exchange rate information.
This problem occurs when you are not an administrator user.
