In Microsoft Excel 2000, when you open a Microsoft Excel 95
workbook, grouped drawing objects may be in different positions than they were
in Excel 95.

This problem occurs in the conversion process that Excel
2000 uses to convert the drawing objects from Excel 95 format.
Compared to Excel 95, Excel 2000 contains drawing feature enhancements, and
uses a different internal format for drawing objects. When Excel 2000 opens an
Excel 95 workbook that contains drawing objects, Excel 2000 converts the
objects to this new internal format.
