Incorrect results in the Recipient field when you generate mailings in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

When you generate mailings in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, the first company name in the global address book is displayed for each contact in the Recipient field. You expect the corresponding company name to be displayed for each contact.
