To work around this issue, remove unnecessary fonts. However, Microsoft recommends that you not remove the Windows default fonts.
NOTE: Keep in mind that some of the fonts may have been installed by other programs. You could experience problems with a program if you remove its fonts. If you are not sure which fonts you can safely remove with causing problems with a program, contact the manufacturer of that program.

To remove fonts from your computer:
1. | Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Fonts. |
2. | Click the font that you want to remove, and then click Delete on the File menu.
To select more than one font at a time, press and hold down the CTRL key while you click each of the fonts that you want to delete. After you select all of the fonts that you want to delete, click Delete on the File menu.
