Symptoms

When you try to change the requested receipt date of a return order that has a positive quantity in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1, you receive the following error message:
Quantity of returned items orders must be negative.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
