FIX: A hotfix rollup is available for the Intrastat report for Italy in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 and in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

List of changes that are included in this hotfix

This hotfix includes the following changes:

• Credit notes no longer change sign or direction during the compression stage.
• Logic changes are made to make sure that the following fields always have the same sign as the Amount field:
  • AmountCur
  • Weight
  • AdditionalUnits
  • Qty
  • Misc. charge
  • Consignments
• Miscellaneous charges (from header and from lines) are now included in the amounts that are reported in the Intrastat report.
  • Total miscellaneous charges are distributed among lines proportionally to amounts.
• The rules for the transfer of amounts in currency are now correct.
  • The Currency field and the Amount in currency field are now editable on the form.
  • The currency in the Amount in currency field is now determined by the country of the delivery postal address.
• The Method of Payment field is changed.
  • A new enumerable type (enum) is added to the Intrastat form so that the payment type can be manually changed.
  • The Method of Payment field is populated during the transfer by referencing the TypeOfDraft field on the method of payment.
  • The TypeOfDraft field is now enabled for all countries. Previously, the field was enabled only for France.
• The Delivery mode field is changed.
  • In the Italian Intrastat ASCII file in the service-related sections, there is a field that is named Delivery mode. The previous implementation was to take the first character of the delivery mode from the transaction delivery mode. This is incorrect.
  • A new enum on the Intrastat form is included so that the Delivery mode field is selectable between Single delivery and Multiple deliveries.
• Different disk numbers are required.
  • Previously, the disk number was the same for the Sales section and for the Purchases section of the Italian Intrastat ASCII file. However, the validation tool gives an error if the number is the same for both sections. Different disk numbers must be used for the two sections of the file.
• The translation of the Intrastat.Custom: Italian field is incorrect. The translation is corrected to "Dogana" or "Numero Dogana."
• Previously, the enum for the Intrastat.PaymentMethod_IT field did not contain references to the letters that are used in the file (such as X, A, and B).
• Previously, there was no reference to the voucher when vendor invoices for services were processed. The values that are now transferred to the fiscal authorities are the Voucher field and the TransDate field but not the Vendor invoice number field or the Date field.

Validation of the update installation

To validate the installation of the hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the AOT. Then, verify that there is a method name that contains the Knowledge Base article number of the installed update. Additionally, you can cross-check the kernel version against the build version that is mentioned in the update. To obtain the kernel version, click Help, and then click About Microsoft Dynamics AX.

File information

This hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.

This hotfix includes the following changes:

• Miscellaneous charges (from header and from lines) are now included in the amounts reported in the Intrastat report.
  • Total miscellaneous charges are distributed among lines proportionally to amounts.
• The Currency code is now a mandatory compression parameter.
• The translation of the Intrastat.Custom: Italian field is incorrect. The translation is corrected to "Dogana" or "Numero Dogana."
• Previously, the enumerable type (enum) for the Intrastat.PaymentMethod_IT field did not contain references to the letters that are used in the file (such as X, A, and B).
