Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You install the Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Toolkit 2.1 on a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010.
  • In the orchestration of a BizTalk group, the ExceptionMgmt.CreateFaultMessage method is called from the ESB Exception Management Framework inside the exception-handling block.

Note BizTalk global tracking in the BizTalk group is turned off.
  • You deploy the orchestration.
  • An exception occurs when the orchestration processes an incoming message.
In this scenario, the BizTalk process experiences high CPU usage.
