ACC2000: Scaling Errors When You Query Linked Tables

Symptoms

In Access 2000, when you run aggregate functions against decimal data types that appear in tables linked from an ODBC data source, you may receive the following error message:
"The Decimal field's precision is too small to accept the numeric you attempted to add."
