"Invalid range is specified in validTimState" error message when you click "Gantt chart" on the "Scheduling" menu in the "Hour forecasts" dialog box in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you create an Hour forecast in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. When you click Gantt chart on the Scheduling menu in the Hour forecasts dialog box, you receive the following error message:
Invalid range is specified in validTimState. Date1 is greater than Date2.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
