You can change main accounts even though you do not have the edit permissions in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you do not have the edit permissions in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. However, you still can change main accounts.

Cause

This problem occurs because the neededPermission property of the EditButton object in theMainAccount form is not set manually.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
