Symptoms

An IBM DB2 stored procedure is called by using a managed provider for DB2 in Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010. When the parameter list is larger than 32,000 bytes (32 kilobytes [KB]), you may receive the following error message:
An internal network library error has occurred.
The requested command sent a data object that is not recognized or is not supported by the target system.
SQLSTATE: HY000, SQLCODE: -335

The hotfix that resolves this issue is included in cumulative update package 4 for Host Integration Server 2010.
