Cause

This issue is caused by an error in the Microsoft MPEG-2 Audio Decoder. A handle is created when you play a video, and the MPEG-2 Audio Decoder does not release the handle immediately after it is created. Therefore, the handle count increases in proportion to the number of times that you play the video.
