Consider the following scenario:
- You receive an email message that contains multiple attachments in Microsoft Outlook Web App in Microsoft Office 365.
- The file names of the attached files contain Japanese characters.
- You click Download All Attachments in Outlook Web App to download the attachments. In this situation, the attachments are compressed and then downloaded as a compressed (.zip) file.
- You decompress the .zip file by using the Windows (zipped) Folders feature on a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
