Cause

The Multiple Activation Key ( "MAK" ) has likely not been entered.

Resolution

The Multiple Activation Key shows on the download page under the "Product Key" column and needs to be copied as the package is downloaded.

Click View to view the current key.

Windows 7 will need to be fully activated using the MAK key before the promps for Genuine Windows will go away.
