  • The user who is running the diagnostic must be a member of the Administrators group on the computer on which the diagnostic is being run.
  • The diagnostic auto-detects the Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail features. You can click to select or clear features that you do not want to have analyzed.
  • Information for the Retail Headquarters feature is collected directly through a Microsoft Dynamics AX client by using the credentials of the user who is running the diagnostic. This user’s default company will be used for any company-specific tables.
