Resolution

You must change the password in the ER application.  You can do this by clicking File and then clicking Change password for any user. When you do this, you will receive a message that the password is wrong, and a dialog box will ask for the sa user’s password. After you enter this password, the problem no longer occurs. You will now be able to sign in to ERWeb.  You will also not be prompted for the sa user’s password in ER the next time that you change a password for any user.
