Symptoms

After you change the ZIP/postal code on a customer address in the Edit address dialog box in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, the ZIP/postal code is not updated under Addresses in the Customers dialog box.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
