A restricted user cannot see sales quotation lines if the "Security by address book" setting is enabled in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

If you enable the Security by address book setting in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, a restricted user cannot see the sales quotation lines in a sales quotation that they created.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
