INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

 
Consider the following scenario:

  • You create a Date and Time column in a SharePoint document library.
  • You use an Office client application to create a Word document in the document library.
  • The time setting of the SharePoint server is Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). However, the computer that is running the Office client application has a different time setting.
  • You set a time value for the document.
  • You save the document to the document library.
In this scenario, the Date and Time column does not keep the time value that you set.

Hotfix information
