- For the mainland, the daylight saving time ends at 23:59:59 on April 28, 2012. At this time, the clocks should be reset to go back to 23:00 of the same day.
- For the mainland, the daylight saving time starts at 23:59:59 on September 1, 2012. At this time, the clocks should be reset to go forward to 01:00 of the next day.
