The department ID does not change on the Item Request detail line when you change the subaccount within Item Request in Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics SL

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics SL:
  • You sign in to Business Portal and then open the Item Request page. 
  • Then, you change the subaccount within Item Request. 
In this scenario, the department ID does not change on the Item Request detail line. However, you expect the department to change when the subaccount is changed, in a way similar to the behavior in Item Request (RQ.100.00) in Microsoft Dynamics SL.

Resolution
