Translated Trial Balance Preview prints duplicate records

Symptoms

If the trial balance preview report is printed, then another report is printing and the trial balance preview is printed again, records on the report are duplicated.

Cause

Due to bug 14055, the report incorrectly does not filter out unrelated rptruntime records from other users.

Resolution

Resolution 1:

a - Run the statement in SQL against your application database:

Delete from wrkfstribal

b - Verify no other users are current running a report

c - Print the FST Trial Balance Preview

Resolution 2:

Change the Crystal Report file, adding the following to the selection formula:

{WrkFSTriBal.RI_ID} = tonumber(riparam("RI_ID"))
